Campaign Analytics
Track call outcomes, sentiment, and conversion rates across your campaigns
Campaign Analytics
Ariel tracks performance automatically for every campaign. No manual data entry required.
What Gets Tracked
For each campaign, Ariel records:
- Total contacts — how many contacts are in the campaign
- Calls made — how many have been dialed at least once
- Answered — how many resulted in a real conversation
- Voicemail — how many went to voicemail
- Duration — average call length in seconds
- Sentiment — positive, neutral, or negative, inferred from the conversation
Call-Level Detail
Each individual call is logged with:
- Timestamp and duration
- Status (completed, voicemail, failed, no-answer)
- Sentiment score
- Full transcript (when available)
Access call detail from the Calls section or from the campaign detail page.
Script Analytics
The Script Analytics page groups performance by script, industry, tone, and goal — so you can see which combinations of agent configuration drive the best outcomes.
Dashboard
The Dashboard gives you a real-time overview of:
- Total contacts across all campaigns
- Active campaigns
- Calls made this billing period
- Minutes used vs. minutes included in your plan
