  • Data export (contacts, goals)
  • Knowledge base for agent context
  • Overage calls at per-minute rate

Enterprise Plan

Everything in Pro, plus:

  • 2,000 minutes/month
  • Unlimited contacts, agents, and phone numbers
  • API access for integrations
  • Priority support
  • Custom overage pricing

Overage Calls

When overage is enabled (Pro+), calls beyond your plan’s included minutes are billed at a per-minute rate. Enable or disable overage from the Billing page.

You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately.
