Ariel is an AI voice campaign platform that lets you automate outbound phone calls at scale — powered by ElevenLabs voice AI and your own custom scripts.

Whether you’re qualifying leads, booking appointments, or following up with prospects, Ariel turns your outreach into an automated, intelligent pipeline.

How It Works

Ariel combines three things to run your campaigns:

  1. A voice AI agent — powered by ElevenLabs, trained on your script
  2. A contact list — imported via CSV or added manually
  3. A campaign — defines when to call, how many times, and what to say

Once active, Ariel dials your contacts automatically within your configured call window, handles conversations, and logs outcomes in real time.

Core Concepts

Campaigns

A campaign is the top-level unit of outreach. It ties together your voice agent, your contact list, and your call schedule. Campaigns can be paused, resumed, and monitored from your dashboard.

Contacts

Contacts are the people you want to reach. You can import them from a CSV file or add them manually. Each contact tracks call history, sentiment, and outcome.

Call Agents

A call agent is the AI persona that makes calls. It has a voice, a script (prompt), a language, and a tone. You can create multiple agents for different use cases.

Phone Numbers

Ariel uses Twilio to provision phone numbers. You can search by country and area code, then purchase a number for your campaigns.

Script Builder

Use the Script Builder to generate, refine, and save call scripts. You can scrape your website for context, then let AI draft a script tailored to your industry and goal.
